3mm or 5mm thick material is used. The acrylic is engraved and all colour work is applied to the rear before a protective layer is applied to the back.
This method offers a completely protected front surface which is extremely simple to clean.

As the surface is completely smooth, dirt can not affect the graphics.

Acrylic mimic diagrams can be mounted directly to a panel door, within an aperture or even fitted to a 19" rack panel.

An aluminium back plate is used to create the required rigidity when used within an aperture or 19" racks
